MANDATE POLICY FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS

1. Introduction:

SKD Academy is committed to providing a seamless and secure online payment experience for students and parents. This Mandate Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing online payments, including recurring payments (e-mandates), refunds, cancellations, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

2. Payment Gateway Compliance

Our payment gateway follows industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring:

  • • PCI-DSS Compliance: Secure processing of debit/credit card transactions.
  • • RBI Guidelines Adherence: As per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) norms, customer authentication and transaction security are mandatory.
  • • Data Security & Tokenization: No sensitive payment data is stored by SKD Academy; all transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.
3. E-Mandate Policy for Recurring Payments

For parents opting for installment-based or subscription-based payments, the following e-mandate rules apply:

  • • Authorization Required: The payer must provide consent before an auto-debit is activated.
  • • Pre-Debit Notification: Parents will receive an SMS/email notification at least 24 hours before the due date of an automatic deduction.
  • • Opt-Out Option: Parents may cancel the mandate anytime by sending an email to info@skdacademy.ac.in at least 7 days before the next scheduled deduction.
4. Payment Methods

SKD Academy accepts payments through:

  • • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, AMEX)
  • • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI)
  • • Net Banking (All major banks)
  • • Wallets & BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) services
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • • Fee Payments are Non-Refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.
  • • In case of a valid refund request, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
  • • For cancellations, parents must submit a request at least 5 working days before the transaction due date.
6. Transaction Failure & Charge backs
  • • If a transaction fails due to bank/server issues, SKD Academy is not liable, and parents are advised to retry the payment after some time.
  • • Charge back Requests: If a parent disputes a charge, they must contact us at support@skdacademy.com before raising a dispute with their bank.
7. Secure Transactions & Fraud Prevention
  • • SKD Academy ensures end-to-end encryption and multi-factor authentication for all online payments.
  • • Any suspicious activity or fraudulent transaction will be reported to the concerned authorities.
